What We Collect
When you write to us through this website, we receive what you choose to share: your name, your email address, the name of anyone who will vouch for you, and your message. We collect nothing beyond what you give us, and we do not use tracking for advertising.
How It Is Used
What you send is read by the small number of people who consider it, and it is used only to respond to you and to consider your enquiry. It is not published, sold, or shared beyond that group, except where the law requires it.
How It Is Kept
Submissions are transmitted securely and stored with the JULY Company, of which the Circle is a part. We keep them only as long as they are useful to the purpose you sent them for, and we take reasonable care to protect them while we hold them.
Your Choices
You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@july.ca and we will see to it.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the current version will always be found on this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised policy.
